If you’re interested in developing leadership skills, the MCC LEAD Program provides hands-on learning opportunities that will give you a competitive edge in your education and prepare your for a career in a global world. You can earn a Leadership Certificate and Life Skills transcript to validate the skills you have developed such as communication techniques, creative problem solving and networking. Our program can even help you earn scholarships.
